Vijayadhasami / Saibaba Punyatithi at SNS Trust
Vijayadhasami, also known as Shirdi Saibaba's Maha Samadhi Day (Punyatithi), holds great spiritual significance and is observed with deep devotion at the Athal Thottam Shirdi Saibaba Temple, Tirupur. Managed by SNS Trust, this day marks the sacred moment when Shirdi Saibaba attained Maha Samadhi in 1918 and merged with the divine.
🌼 Spiritual Significance
Vijayadhasami is traditionally celebrated as the triumph of good over evil. For Saibaba devotees, it is also revered as Punyatithi — the day of the Guru's final blessing on Earth. It is a time to remember Saibaba’s teachings of Shraddha (faith) and Saburi (patience) and seek His divine grace.
